At BtsBand (btsband.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made products
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer/UPI
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Charges on Returns
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
